Professional Photographers of Middle Tennessee Memberships
1. ACTIVE: This classification of membership is qualified to vote on the business of the association and hold office. Professional Photographers of America (PPA) membership required to hold the office of President. This is the only membership classification qualified to hold the office of President.
ANNUAL DUES: $50.00
2. ASSOCIATE: Any person employed by a studio that holds an Active membership and includes spouses and children of the Active member. This classification of membership is qualified to vote and hold office.
ANNUAL DUES: $35.00
3. STUDIO: Membership for up to four (4) named persons employed by same studio. This classification of membership is qualified to vote and hold office.
ANNUAL DUES: $110.00
4. STUDENT: A full or part time student of an accredited college with a major in photography. This classification of membership is not qualified to vote or hold office.
ANNUAL DUES: $25.00
5. SPOUSE/FAMILY: This classification is for the spouse or family of a member in any of the other classifications. The spouse or family member may not be a working photographer or employed by the member’s business. This classification of membership is not qualified to vote on the business of the association and may not hold any office.
ANNUAL DUES: $20.00
6. SUSTAINING: A business providing products and services to photographers. Each business is permitted two named representatives. Business logo and link will be included in PPMT monthly newsletter. This classification of membership is not qualified to vote on the business of the association and may not hold any office.
ANNUAL DUES: $75.00
7. HONORARY LIFETIME: Honorary Lifetime Memberships are bestowed only at the discretion of the Board of Directors. This membership classification may vote but may not hold office.
ANNUAL DUES: $0
Non-members may attend one PPMT meeting at no charge but will be charged $20.00 per meeting thereafter if a membership is not desired. Note: this is not one visit per year but one visit over any period of time.
All dues become due and payable on the first day of the calendar year. Any member failing to remit their dues within one calendar month following acceptance of membership shall be deemed not in good standing. A late charge of $15.00 will be added to dues not paid by February 15th of each year. Failure to remit dues after February 15th shall be considered cause for cancellation of membership.
Cash, check, debit or credit card accepted at meetings. We welcome first time visitors without charge but they must register at the meeting by completing the membership form.
